SUMMARY:Doku-matineja: Fiume o morte!
DESCRIPTION:Godine 1919.\, talijanski pjesnik\, kicoš i propovjednik rata Gabriele D’Annunzio okupirao je grad Fiume\, današnju Rijeku. Ova bizarna i turbulentna epizoda u povijesti grada sada je oživljena u dokumentarno filmu Fiume o Morte!\, redatelja Igora Bezinovića. Film rekonstruira i reinterpretira 16-mjesečnu okupaciju Rijeke\, donoseći brutalno činjenične\, ali prkosno punkerske prikaze jednog od najneobičnijih trenutaka u povijesti grada. \nPremijerno prikazan na 54. Međunarodnom filmskom festivalu u Rotterdamu\, gdje je osvojio prestižnu nagradu Tiger\, ovaj film predstavlja spoj arhivskih snimki\, dokumentarnih isječaka i dramatiziranih igranih scena u kojima građani Rijeke\, uz pomoć redatelja\, prepričavaju i reinterpretiraju taj  povijesni moment. Zamišljen kao filmsko putovanje kroz prošlost i sadašnjost\, Fiume o Morte! nije samo povijesna rekonstrukcija\, već i hommage hrabrosti i otporu građana. \nNakon projekcije slijedi razgovor o filmu koji će voditi povjesničar i redoviti profesor na Filozofskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu Tvrtko Jakovina. \n  \nU nastojanju da posjetiteljima treće životne dobi omogućimo zanimljiv\, kvalitetan i relevantna filmski program\, Dokukino KIC je pokrenulo Doku-matineje. One se održavaju zadnji petak u mjesecu\, u jutarnjem terminu od 11 do 13 sati\, te uključuju projekcije odabranih dokumentarnih filmova i razgovore uz kavu s filmskim autorima i stručnjacima. Smatramo da film\, druženje i razgovor imaju pozitivan utjecaj na mentalno i fizičko zdravlje pojedinaca\, te bismo voljeli našu stariju publiku što više uključiti u programe našeg kina!

SUMMARY:Fiume o morte! (ENGLISH SUBTITLES)
DESCRIPTION:Citizens of Rijeka which Italians call Fiume\, retell\, reconstruct and reinterpret the bizarre story about the 16-month occupation of their city in 1919 by the Italian poet\, a dandy and preacher of war Gabriele D’Annunzio. \nIgor Bezinović is a filmmaker born in Rijeka\, which is now part of Croatia\, but at that time belonged to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia\, before that partly the Kingdom of Italy and partly the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (and before that the Kingdom of Serbs\, Croats and Slovenes)\, before that the Free State of Fiume\, before that the Italian Regency of Carnaro\, before that Austria-Hungary… His films include The Blockade (Oktavijan prize for best Croatian documentary in 2012)\, Veruda (Oktavijan prize for best Croatian documentary in 2015) and A Brief Excursion (Big Golden Arena prize for best Croatian feature in 2017)\, along with many shorts of all shapes and sizes. His work has been shown internationally at events including IFF Rotterdam\, DOK Leipzig\, IDFF Jihlava\, CPH:DOX\, Kurzfilmtage Winterthur\, Biennale of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean\, Venice Biennale of Architecture (with Hrvoslava Brkušić for Pulska grupa)\, Museum of the Moving Image\, Viennale and the Guanajuato IFF. He graduated in film directing at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb and in Philosophy\, Sociology and Comparative Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb.
